Green Goddess Dressing Recipe

This stuff is good! I mean… I’ll normally choose any kind of vinaigrette over like a ranch type dressing. Buuuut… this one checks all the creamy boxes while still having bright herbs flavors in every bite.  Plus, this dressing can double as a dip for all kinds of fresh veggies. Full of flavor!

I love it the best on a simple salad so all the herb flavors can shine. Throw it on some iceberg or romaine lettuce with shaved carrots and tomatoes. I love to keep it super simple and pair it with a steak and call it a delicious day!!

Did I mention this dressing is ridiculously easy to throw together? Winning!

Green Goddess Dressing

By Serves: 4 Prep Time: 10 minutes Cooking Time: 0 minutes


  • 1 c. parsley, lightly packed
  • 1 c. basil, stems removed, lightly packed
  • 4 green onions, green and white parts
  • 1 c. mayo
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 garlic clove, peeled



Cut the green onions into thirds so that they'll fit easily into the food processor. Add all ingredients into a food processor. Blend until smooth.


Store in the fridge in an airtight container until ready to use. I like to chill mine for at least an hour. You can easily do this the day before and store in fridge. Toss with iceberg lettuce or romaine and enjoy!


*This can be stored in the fridge in an airtight container for up to a week. Just mix it well before serving.
